The Brief

Spectrum, the real estate arm of a $3.3bn holding group (Grupo Pantaleón) asked SVS to design the vision, communication, and commercial tools for their ambitious real estate projects to position them with stakeholders – from luxury brands to universities and city officials.

The Solution

The Studio did a deep dive with the clients and visited the markets to understand the uniqueness, and values of the projects. It identified the strategic factors to build confidence for international investors and brands. The Studio teams designed the format, wrote all content in several languages, identified creative talent on the ground to produce film and imagery together and developed multimedia tools so the clients could inspire, inform, and convert potential partners for the project.
