It wanted to expand to a wider audience and build a strategy to gain market share both in Mexico and if recommended, in the US. It required understanding of the landscape, brand positioning, pricing, and distribution recommendations.

SVS analyzed the ultra-premium Tequila market and mapped out a path to capture market share in the US and Mexico. It built a competitive pricing and distribution model for Solarum.
