The Brief

A real estate developer in Mexico, with investors from a Canadian Pension fund, had acquired large properties in one of the most high-value locations in Mexico City, at the intersection of luxury retail and high-end residential urban areas. It asked SVS to develop the identity of the project, positioning it competitively against other residential properties in the area..

The Solution

The Studio developed a competitive mapping of relevant properties. It identified the target buyers, analyzed their lifestyle and most compelling attributes. It mapped out and executed on two paths for the clients, from branding to commercial negotiations. The Studio contacted and negotiated with a European global luxury brand to develop “branded residences” together with MIRA, including retail, hospitality, and residential. It also developed a second strategy: a sophisticated branding and marketing campaign for a discerning urban client looking for a highly experiential residential solution.
