The Brief

The leadership team at the established and fast-growing Tequila brand company wanted to expand into a lifestyle brand, entering new categories and expanding its retail presence through independent flagships and key partnerships with leading retailers.

The Solution

The Studio built a commercial and retail strategy increasing presence in Mexico, to establish credibility on its home market, in addition to advising on key global cities where direct retail was. It collaborated with the Clase Azul teams to develop retail design and customer experience aligned with the luxury brand strategy and accompanied them in opening and negotiating initiatives with retailers.
